David Kensinger has been the President and CEO of Tower Solutions, LLC for the last three years while starting as an engineering VP 11 years ago. He believes that empowering people is the key to sustained growth and success for the company; That creating a culture of flexibility, development, and enjoyment, generates fantastic results and harnesses dedication.
Following the footsteps of his family’s engineering legacy, he became a mechanical engineer with a focus on industrial product design, innovative problem solving and process development. David has developed several breakthrough technologies in multiple industries and awarded many patents and corporate awards for his innovative work.
Personally, any time spent outside of Tower Solutions, he’s surrounded by his wife and six daughters who share his endless need to learn about and experience the world.
He joined Tower Solutions in 2010, tasked with expanding the product line, increasing product reliability, and reducing cost. His success in these aspects and vision for what Tower Solutions can become has led to significant growth in all aspects of the business. David’s commitment to Tower and his team has established an organic drive and dedication to advance the company and push the limits of tower technology to new heights.
