The Unique Technology

The Unique Technology Our tower is made up of three aluminum ladder-like structures. Each of these structures is stowed in coils, or bales, when the tower is in its lowered state.

The three bales are mounted on a platform in a triangular configuration. When an operator presses a button on the base of the tower, all three bales begin to unwind at the same speed. As the bales rise and meet, they lock together to form a rigid, triangular tower. This lightweight but rigid tower can reach a height of 80 feet in approximately three minutes.

We would be pleased to discuss your height requirements in excess of 80 feet.

To lower the tower, the operator presses the down button, and the three sides of the tower structure recoil into their original stowed positions.

This patented technology is driven by an electric gear system, which allows for very precise movements. The aluminum bales have machined joints at the pivots, and the brake system has a safety lock so that the tower is not dependent on electric power once it has been raised.

Our system is equipped with a level-sensing device that tells the operator when the unit is level. Self-leveling is also an option. The tower is nearly maintenance-free, and there are no hydraulics to cause leaking.

The aluminum structure will not rust and does not need to be painted. The tower can be operated from its own power source or remotely. Multiple tower units can be lifted simultaneously and operated by a single operator at a single control system.

Our tower system can be used in settings as diverse as sports and entertainment, law enforcement, fire fighting, search and rescue, oil and gas exploration, airports, mining, harbors, road construction, and more. Some tower applications such as lighting and telecommunications are commonly used. Others are unique, such as towers on a mobile unit (truck or boat), or towers to raise platforms for lifting people or heavy objects. You identify your tower needs, and Tower Solutions will meet those needs.

Tower Solutions creates self-erecting towers that help our customers increase their efficiency, improve their long-term operating costs, and add value to their products and services.
