There are three categories of military-grade Tower Solutions models. Special forces have field-tested these models in areas with insurgent activity. According to the feedback they provided, the towers are optimized for situations that require quick deployment since they can be set up with a crew of one or two people, and you can disassemble it in less than six minutes. The towers can support up to 2,000lb and go as high as 80ft in 5 minutes on the large tower models. They can withstand hurricane wind speeds and don’t require breaking ground for anchors.
Large Tower Series
The tallest and sturdiest military towers offered. These towers can rise to 80ft in a matter of 5 minutes and can withstand payloads of up to 2,000lb. Available in three different models:
Small Tower Series
Small footprint towers that pack a punch. The small military towers range in maximum height from 20ft (60 seconds to full deployment) to 33ft (2 minutes to full deployment) and can support a payload weight of 100lb to 500lb depending on the model. Two versions available:
ISO Tower Series
The ISO tower series features the same height and weight capabilities as the large tower series but within a standard Conex/ISO shipping container body. Available in two options with different footprint sizes:
Surveillance Missions
The military towers can be raised with a set of daylight or IR sensor cameras for video surveillance of specific areas. They are able to integrate with nearly every camera system on the market with upright/vertical installation and set up close to the ground for added safety with the benefit of shortened deployment times.
Counter UAS (C-UAS)
Counter UAS systems have been gaining strength due to the mass adoption of the technology by civilians and military parties. Radar and RF detection are currently the most popular method to detect drones and can be used in multiple environments to enhance security. However, there is growing interest in implementing portable systems to protect ground units, convoys or events and temporary gatherings. Our towers are ideal for implementing C-UAS systems by allowing fast remote deployment and high altitude to increase range.
Lighting needs
The towers can be fitted with lighting fixtures and be deployed where illumination is needed. Depending on the tower model, heavy payloads up to 2,000 lbs can be sustained allowing for stadium level brightness through LED fixtures from high altitudes.
Setting up communications
The tower’s high vertical reach and payload capacity gives it advantages over other towers and allows for a higher degree of transmission and connection reliability. Depending on the model, the tower can be fitted with antennas, repeaters and transmitters as needed up to 2,000 lbs. This is more than enough weight capacity to add any communication equipment required.
Providing tactical support
The towers can be used to provide rapid tactical support from remote locations, including extended range drone control prior to satellites taking over. This is where adjustable height to perform in any condition becomes critical.
